Social Responsibility

MDCC seeks to improve and uplift previously disadvantaged South Africans by assisting individuals and communities.

We provide bursaries for studies at tertiary institutions and sponsor sports tournaments, tours, and equipment for learners and communities. We also donate computers, every year, to learners from disadvantaged communities

Training Skills Development

MDCC is committed to improvement, not only of the people who directly contribute to the company’s success but also to the progress and development of the construction industry.

We promote and encourage skills transfer, and the development of personnel, by providing in-house and external training.

We offer bursaries to deserving Civil and Architecture students annually.

Our engineers and architects continuously assist with the development of emerging contractors.

It is important that previously disadvantaged individuals and business enterprises are able to develop skills and obtain the necessary experience in order to achieve their full potential.  This encourages younger people and can only contribute to the growth and prosperity of our country
